شروط التعلّم والشراء

توضح هذه الشروط استخدام الأكاديمية وما يشمله شراء الورشة. تعرض صفحة الورشة حالة إتاحة الشراء والمعاينة المجانية. تسري شروط الشراء عند إتاحة الدفع وتأكيد طلبك.

ما الذي تشتريه؟

الورشة الفردية: ١٤٩ درهمًا، دفعة واحدة. تحصل على الورشة كاملة بالعربية والإنجليزية، مع التمارين التفاعلية والتقييمات. الاستخدام لمتعلّم واحد باسمه. تمتد صلاحية الدخول ١٢ شهرًا تقويميًا من أول تأكيد للدفع. يعرض حسابك تاريخ انتهاء الصلاحية. لا يوجد تجديد تلقائي. هذا الشراء لا يشمل جميع منتجات «أكاديمية بلس» المستقبلية.

ترخيص الورشة للمؤسسات: ٢٬٢٥٠ درهمًا لمدة سنة. يشمل حزمة الورشة وتحديثاتها ذات الصلة خلال ١٢ شهرًا تقويميًا، لمؤسسة واحدة وبحد أقصى ٢٠ مستخدمًا مسمّى. يُحتسب المدرّسون ضمن العشرين، وبحد أقصى مدرّسين اثنين. ويُحتسب المالك أو المسؤول إذا كان يتعلّم أو يعرض المحتوى. تحجز الدعوات المعلّقة مقاعد إلى أن تُقبل، أو تنتهي، أو تُلغى. لا يستهلك قبول الدعوة مقعدًا إضافيًا. يستطيع المسؤول إيقاف عضوية مستخدم وإعادة تخصيص المقعد؛ ويُسجّل هذا التغيير.

يجوز للمدرّس المرخّص عرض الورشة على شاشة مشتركة داخل المؤسسة. حساب المدرّس شخصي، ولا يُشارك رمز دخوله أو حسابه. توفّر المؤسسة الشخص الذي يقدّم الورشة. لا يشمل السعر مدرّبًا مباشرًا من الأكاديمية، أو استشارات خاصة، أو حق إعادة البيع، أو دعمًا شخصيًا غير محدود. ولا يشمل الترخيص جميع منتجات «أكاديمية بلس» المستقبلية. التجديد السنوي يدوي، ولا تُخصم رسوم السنة التالية تلقائيًا.

أكاديمية بلس غير متاحة للشراء حاليًا. لا يوجد اشتراك شهري أو خصم متكرر في العرض الحالي. لن يبدأ اشتراك مستقبلي دون إعلان شروطه والحصول على الموافقة المطلوبة. المواد المخطّط لإصدارها ليست محتوى متاحًا اليوم.

تبقى الدروس المجانية الحالية، والفيديوهات المجانية، ووظائف التطبيق المجانية الحالية مجانية. يمكنك الاطلاع على المعاينة المجانية قبل الشراء. الورشة خدمة تعليم ذاتي؛ إتمامها لا يمنح اعتمادًا مهنيًا ولا يضمن دخلًا أو نتيجة محددة.

الشراء قبل تسجيل الدخول

عند إتاحة الدفع، يمكنك الشراء أولًا ثم التحقّق من بريدك. اكتب بريدًا تستطيع فتحه وراجعه قبل الدفع. بعد تأكيد الدفع، نطلب رمز الدخول المرسل إلى البريد نفسه لربط الشراء بحسابك وفتح الورشة. تبدأ مدة الاثني عشر شهرًا من أول تأكيد للدفع، ولا تبدأ من جديد إذا أخّرت التحقّق من البريد.

شراء المؤسسة دون تسجيل الدخول ينشئ مؤسسة جديدة بعد التحقّق من بريد المشتري. لتجديد مؤسسة موجودة، يسجّل مالكها أو مسؤولها الدخول أولًا. إذا أغلقت الصفحة، سجّل الدخول ببريد الشراء لاستعادة الطلب المدفوع. إذا أخطأت في البريد أو دفعت مرتين، تواصل معنا؛ لا تُعِد الدفع لحل المشكلة.

السعر والدفع ومدة الدخول

الأسعار المعروضة هي المبالغ النهائية التي تتقاضاها الأكاديمية بالدرهم. تتحمّل الأكاديمية رسوم معالجة Ziina، بما فيها رسوم البطاقة الدولية المطبّقة؛ ولا تضيف رسم معالجة عند الدفع. بحسب تأكيد البائع الحالي، فهو غير مسجّل لضريبة القيمة المضافة، ولذلك لا تُضاف ضريبة قيمة مضافة على هذه المبيعات. هذا ليس إعلانًا أن الخدمة معفاة أو خاضعة لنسبة صفر. إيصال الأكاديمية ليس فاتورة ضريبية. والضريبة التي قد تُفرض على رسوم مزوّد الدفع تخصّ تلك الرسوم.

تُدخل معلومات البطاقة في صفحة الدفع التابعة لـZiina، وليس في الأكاديمية. نفعّل الدخول بعد التحقّق من الدفع وربطه بحسابك. فتح صفحة النجاح وحده لا يفعّل الشراء. إذا ظهرت حالة «جارٍ التحقّق» أو تأخر التأكيد، راجع الطلب نفسه في حسابك أو تواصل معنا؛ لا تُعِد الشراء لحل التأخير. إذا حدث دفع مكرر، أرسل رقمي الطلبين للمراجعة.

تعني ١٢ شهرًا تقويميًا الوصول إلى التاريخ المقابل بعد سنة، مع استخدام آخر يوم صالح إذا اختلف عدد أيام الشهر. فمثلًا، يبدأ شراء في ٢٩ فبراير ٢٠٢٨ وينتهي في ٢٨ فبراير ٢٠٢٩، في الوقت المقابل. يتطلب المحتوى المدفوع اتصالًا بالإنترنت وحسابًا صالحًا؛ لا تُباع معه نسخة كاملة للعمل دون اتصال.

انتهاء ترخيص المؤسسة أو إيقاف عضويتك فيها ينهي الدخول المستمد منها. يظل شراؤك الفردي المستقل صالحًا حتى انتهائه. وأي معالجة لطلب مستردّ تخص ذلك الطلب، ولا تلغي مشترياتك المستقلة الأخرى.

إلغاء الشراء، ومشكلات الخدمة، واسترداد المبلغ

لا يتضمن عرضنا المعتاد استردادًا لمجرد تغيير الرأي، إلا حيث يوجبه القانون المطبّق. لا يحدّ ذلك من حقوقك الإلزامية. إذا تعذّر تقديم الخدمة المتفق عليها أو كانت معيبة، نراجع المشكلة ونعالجها، بما في ذلك إعادة تقديمها بصورة صحيحة أو رد المبلغ كله أو جزء منه بحسب الحالة وحقوقك القانونية. ونصحّح الخصم المكرر المؤكّد. لا يُطلب منك التنازل عن حقك في شكوى أو تعويض يقرّه القانون.

للمساعدة، أرسل إلى hello@uaeacademy.ai بريد حسابك، ورقم الطلب، ووصفًا قصيرًا للمشكلة. لا ترسل رقم البطاقة كاملًا أو رمز الدخول. لا تفرض هذه التعليمات مهلة جديدة تُسقط حقًا قانونيًا. نوضح لك نتيجة المراجعة وخطوة المعالجة؛ وقد يعتمد ظهور المبلغ المعاد على مزوّد الدفع والمصرف.

الدخول والمساعدة والأجهزة المشتركة

لكل مستخدم مسمّى جلسة تعلّم واحدة فعّالة في الوقت نفسه. تسجيل دخول جديد ينقل التعلّم إلى تلك الجلسة؛ وتبقى علامات التبويب التي تستخدم الجلسة نفسها متاحة. لا تشارك رمز الدخول أو الحساب. قد تظهر علامة مرئية تربط النسخة بحسابك أو بمؤسستك للحد من المشاركة غير المصرّح بها؛ وهي لا تمنع كل تصوير للشاشة أو نسخ للمحتوى.

تدخل برمز مؤقت يصل إلى بريدك الإلكتروني. استخدم بريدًا تستطيع الوصول إليه، ولا تشارك الرمز. إذا شككت في دخول شخص آخر، سجّل الدخول مجددًا وأنهِ الجلسات الأخرى من حسابك. إذا فقدت الوصول إلى بريدك، راسل الدعم؛ لا ننقل المشتريات تلقائيًا لمجرد طلبها من بريد آخر، ولا يضمن تقديم الطلب استعادة الحساب فورًا.

يشمل الدعم المساعدة في الدخول، والطلبات، والدفع، والوصول إلى المحتوى. لا يشمل تدريبًا مباشرًا أو تنفيذ أعمالك أو استشارة فردية غير محدودة. لا نعلن خدمة طوال اليوم أو زمن استجابة محددًا لم يُعتمد بعد.

يُتاح وضع العرض فقط لمدرّس معيّن في المؤسسة المحدّدة. تنتهي جلسة العرض خلال ساعتين كحد أقصى، وقد تنتهي قبل ذلك بانتهاء الجلسة أو الترخيص. أنهِ العرض وسجّل الخروج عند استخدام جهاز مشترك. عرض الشاشة داخل المؤسسة مسموح وفق الترخيص؛ البرنامج لا يعدّ الأشخاص الموجودين أمام الشاشة. لا يُسمح بنشر محتوى الورشة المدفوع أو إعادة بيعه أو مشاركة الحساب لتجاوز حدود الترخيص.

حقوق المحتوى وحدوده

يمكنك قراءة الدروس المجانية وتطبيق تمارينها ومشاركة روابطها. تبقى حقوق المحتوى والتصميم لأصحابها، وتخضع المكوّنات مفتوحة المصدر لتراخيصها الأصلية. لا يجوز انتحال هوية الأكاديمية أو مهاجمة الخدمة أو تجاوز ضوابطها الأمنية.

قد تتغيّر الأدوات أو تحتوي الأمثلة على أخطاء. تحقّق من النتائج قبل استخدامها في قرارات فعلية. استخدم بيانات افتراضية في التمارين، ولا تشارك معلومات سرية مع أدوات خارجية.

الخصوصية

تختلف سجلات الحساب والدفع عن بيانات التعلّم المحفوظة في متصفحك. توضح سياسة خصوصية الموقع البيانات والجهات المزوّدة وملفات الدخول وقياس الاستخدام وطلباتك. وللتطبيق سياسة مستقلة.

Learning and purchase terms

These terms explain using the Academy and what a workshop purchase includes. The workshop page shows purchase availability and the free preview. Purchase terms apply when payment is available and your order is confirmed.

What you are buying

Individual Workshop: AED 149, paid once. Includes the complete Arabic and English workshop, interactive exercises and assessments for one named learner. Access lasts 12 calendar months from the first payment confirmation. Your account shows the expiry date. There is no automatic renewal. This purchase does not include every future Academy Plus product.

Organisation Workshop Licence: AED 2,250 for one year. Covers the workshop package and relevant updates for 12 calendar months, for one organisation and at most 20 named users. Instructors count within the 20, with a maximum of two instructors. An owner or administrator who learns or presents also counts. Pending invitations reserve seats until accepted, expired or revoked. Acceptance does not consume an additional seat. Administrators can deactivate a member and reassign the released seat; the change is recorded.

An assigned instructor may present the workshop on a shared screen internally within the organisation. The instructor account is personal: do not share it or its sign-in codes. The customer supplies the facilitator. The price does not include a live Academy trainer, bespoke consulting, resale rights or unlimited personal support. It does not include every future Academy Plus product. Annual renewal is manual; the next year's fee is not charged automatically.

Academy Plus is currently unavailable for purchase. The current offer has no monthly subscription or recurring charge. Any future subscription requires clear terms and the required consent before it begins. Planned releases are not content available today.

Existing free lessons, free videos and existing free app functionality stay free. Review the free preview before purchasing. The workshop is self-directed education; completion provides no professional accreditation or guarantee of earnings or a particular outcome.

Purchase before signing in

When checkout is available, you can pay first and verify your email afterward. Enter an email you can open and check it before paying. After payment is confirmed, verify that same email to link the purchase to your account and open the workshop. The 12-month term starts at the first payment confirmation; delayed email verification does not restart it.

A guest organisation purchase creates a new organisation after the buyer verifies their email. An existing organisation renewal requires its owner or administrator to sign in first. If you close the page, sign in with the purchase email to recover a paid order. Contact us for an email typo or duplicate payment; do not pay again to resolve it.

Price, payment and access period

Displayed prices are the Academy's final charges in AED. The Academy absorbs Ziina processing fees, including any applicable international-card surcharge, and adds no processing fee at checkout. The seller currently confirms it is not VAT registered, so no sales VAT is added. This does not describe the supply as VAT-exempt or zero-rated. The Academy receipt is not a tax invoice. VAT that a payment provider may charge on its own fees concerns those fees.

Enter card details on Ziina's hosted payment page, not with the Academy. Access is activated after payment is verified and linked to your account. A success-page visit alone does not activate a purchase. If confirmation is delayed or the order says “checking payment,” revisit that order in your account or contact us; do not buy again to resolve the delay. If you were charged twice, send both order references for review.

Twelve calendar months ends on the corresponding date a year later, using the last valid day when the month differs. For example, access beginning on 29 February 2028 ends on 28 February 2029 at the corresponding time. Paid content requires internet access and a valid account; a complete offline edition is not included.

Organisation licence expiry or membership deactivation ends access derived from that organisation. A separate individual purchase remains valid until its own expiry. Remediation or revocation for a refunded order affects that order, not unrelated valid purchases.

Cancellation, service problems and refunds

Our standard offer does not include change-of-mind refunds, except where required by applicable law. Mandatory rights remain intact. If the agreed service cannot be supplied or is defective, we review and remedy the problem, including proper re-performance or a full or partial refund as appropriate to the circumstances and your legal rights. We correct confirmed duplicate charges. You do not waive legally protected complaint or compensation rights.

Email hello@uaeacademy.ai with your account email, order reference and a short explanation. Do not send a full card number or sign-in code. These instructions impose no new deadline that removes a legal right. We explain the review outcome and remedy; payment-provider and bank processing can affect when an approved refund appears.

Sign-in, help and shared devices

Each named user has one active learning session at a time. A new sign-in moves learning to that session; tabs sharing the same session remain available. Do not share your sign-in code or account. A visible mark may associate the displayed copy with your account or organisation to discourage unauthorised sharing; it cannot prevent every screenshot or copy.

Sign in using the temporary code sent to your email. Keep access to that mailbox and never share the code. If you suspect unauthorised access, sign in again and end other sessions from your account. If you lose access to your mailbox, contact support. We do not transfer purchases automatically because someone requests them from a different email address, and a request does not guarantee immediate recovery.

Support covers sign-in, orders, payment and access to the supplied content. It does not include live teaching, completing your work or unlimited individual consulting. No around-the-clock service or unapproved response-time commitment is offered.

Presentation mode requires an assigned instructor in the selected organisation. A presentation session lasts at most two hours and may end sooner when the session or licence expires. End the presentation and sign out on shared devices. Internal shared-screen use is permitted by the licence; the software does not count people physically watching. Do not publish or resell paid workshop content or share accounts to bypass licence limits.

Content rights and limitations

You may read free lessons, complete exercises and share links. Content and design remain the property of their respective owners; open-source components retain their original licences. Do not impersonate the Academy, attack the service or bypass its security controls.

Tools may change and examples may contain errors. Check results before making real decisions. Use fictional exercise data and keep confidential information out of external tools.

Privacy

Account and payment records differ from learning data in your browser. The website privacy notice explains data, providers, sign-in cookies, usage measurement and your requests. The app has a separate notice.
