تخص هذه الصفحة موقع أكاديمية الإمارات للذكاء الاصطناعي. توضح الفرق بين الدروس المجانية وبيانات الحساب والشراء عند استخدامهما. ولتطبيق iPhone وiPad وAndroid سياسة مستقلة.

التعلّم المجاني والتخزين في المتصفح

يمكنك استخدام الدروس المجانية دون حساب. يُحفظ اختيار اللغة والمظهر وتقدّم الدروس ومسودة ورشة الطلبات التي تختار حفظها في متصفحك. يمكنك مسح المسودة من الورشة، أو مسح بيانات الموقع لإزالة البيانات المحلية.

لا نرسل إجابات التمارين أو نص طلباتك إلى خدمة قياس الاستخدام. التمارين التعليمية في الموقع لا ترسلها إلى نموذج ذكاء اصطناعي. إذا نسخت نصًا أو فتحته في أداة خارجية، تنطبق سياسة تلك الأداة على ما ترسله إليها.

مسح المتصفح لا يحذف سجلات الحساب أو الدفع المخزّنة لدى الخدمة، أو المعلومات التي تحتفظ بها جهة خارجية بصورة مستقلة.

الحساب والمؤسسة والدفع والمساعدة

نعالج اسم الحساب وبريده الموثّق ومعرّفه، والجلسات وبيانات اتصالها الأمنية، والطلبات وحالات الدفع وفترات الدخول. وللمؤسسات نعالج الاسم والعضويات والأدوار والدعوات وسجل تغييرات المقاعد. يرى مسؤولو مؤسستك البيانات اللازمة لإدارة عضويتك، ولا يمنحهم ذلك الاطلاع على مشترياتك الشخصية.

تساعد هذه السجلات في تسجيل الدخول وربط الطلبات بالمستخدم الصحيح والتحقّق من حقوق الدخول. تشمل بيانات الاتصال الأمنية عنوان الإنترنت ومعلومات المتصفح لمنع إساءة الاستخدام. تشمل سجلات المعاملات المبلغ والعملة وحالة الدفع ومراجع المزوّد وفترات الدخول، ومعالجة الاسترداد أو النزاع عند الحاجة.

إذا راسلت الدعم، نتلقى بريدك وما تختار إرساله لحل طلبك. لا ترسل رمز الدخول، أو رقم البطاقة كاملًا، أو وثائق الهوية أو معلومات حساسة في رسالة الدعم.

لإصدار شهادات الإتمام، نتحقّق على الخادم من إجابات الفصل وإعدادات المختبر التي ترسلها. نحفظ اسم الشهادة ومعرّفها والفصول والمختبرات المكتملة وتواريخ الإتمام في حسابك. لا نحفظ الإجابات أو إعدادات التجربة في سجل الشهادات. تبقى الشهادات متاحة بعد انتهاء دخول الورشة، ولا تُنشر للعموم تلقائياً.

الجهات التي تساعد في تقديم الخدمة

للشراء قبل تسجيل الدخول، نحفظ بريد تسليم الشراء والعرض المختار وموافقة الشراء وسجل الدفع قبل إنشاء الحساب. يربط ملف مؤقت وآمن هذا المتصفح بطلبه لمدة تصل إلى ٢٤ ساعة. ليس ملف تتبّع إعلاني، ولا يفتح الدروس المدفوعة دون تسجيل دخول موثّق. انتهاء الملف أو حذفه لا يحذف السجل المالي؛ يمكنك استعادة الطلبات المدفوعة المؤهّلة بعد التحقّق من بريد الشراء.

تستضيف Cloudflare الخدمة وتخزّن سجلات الحساب والمعاملات في D1. نستخدم برنامج Better Auth لإدارة الدخول، وResend لإرسال رموز الدخول والدعوات، وZiina لمعالجة الدفع على صفحته. لا نخزّن رقم البطاقة الكامل أو رمز أمانها. يتلقّى مزوّد البريد عنوانك ومحتوى رسالة الدخول أو الدعوة لتوصيلها. لا تُستخدم رسائل الدخول لإعلانات، ولا تُضاف إليها أدوات تتبّع فتح الرسالة أو النقر.

ملفات الدخول والتخزين

ملفات جلسة الدخول ضرورية لتسجيل الدخول، وليست ملفات تتبّع إعلاني. تبقى تفضيلات اللغة والمظهر وبيانات التعلّم التي تحفظها الأداة محليًا خاضعة لبيان التخزين في المتصفح؛ لا يعني ذلك أن سجلات الحساب والدفع محفوظة في جهازك فقط. قد تعالج الجهات المزوّدة البيانات خارج الإمارات؛ لا نقدّم وعدًا بحصر جميع المعالجة داخل الدولة.

رمز الدخول مؤقت ويُستخدم مرة واحدة. لا تشاركه مع أحد. عند استخدام جهاز مشترك، أنهِ العرض وسجّل الخروج. إذا شككت في وصول شخص آخر، سجّل الدخول مجددًا وأنهِ الجلسات الأخرى من حسابك.

قياس استخدام الموقع

قياس زيارات الصفحات وخطوات التعلّم لدينا متوقف حاليًا. لا نرسل أحداث التعلّم أو رموز الزوّار إلى خدمة قياس.

إذا فعّلت إشارة «عدم التتبّع» (Do Not Track) أو «التحكّم العالمي بالخصوصية» (Global Privacy Control) في متصفحك، فلا نُرسل قياسات الاستخدام ولا نحمّل أداة القياس الاختيارية.

دعوات الفعاليات والاشتراك في الرسائل التسويقية

تدير الأكاديمية شركة نبض لحلول الكمبيوتر - ذ.م.م - ش.ش.و. في صفحة دعوة الفعالية، يمكنك الاشتراك اختياريًا في أخبار الأكاديمية وفرص التعلّم والعروض والرسائل التسويقية والترويجية من الأكاديمية ونبض. لا يُشترط الاشتراك لطلب تذكرة الفعالية. لا نحفظ بريدك لهذا الغرض إلا بعد تقديمك موافقة صريحة في خانة غير محدّدة مسبقًا.

نحفظ البريد، ونص الموافقة وإصدارها ولغتها وتاريخها، ومعرّف الحملة، وحالة إلغاء الاشتراك في قاعدة Cloudflare D1 الخاصة بالأكاديمية. الوصول إلى قائمة التسويق مقصور على المشغّل المخوّل، ولا تكون متاحة للزوّار. لا يجري هذا النموذج التحقّق من ملكية صندوق البريد، ولا يرسل رسالة تلقائيًا. يظل الاشتراك صالحًا لمدة تصل إلى ١٢ شهرًا؛ تُستبعد السجلات المنتهية من قوائم الإرسال وتُحذف آليًا أثناء التنظيف اليومي. وقد تختلف مدة احتفاظ المزوّد بالنسخ الاحتياطية.

يمكنك سحب الموافقة باستخدام رابط إلغاء الاشتراك في أي رسالة تسويقية، أو بمراسلة hello@uaeacademy.ai. عند إلغاء الاشتراك، يُستبعد البريد من قائمة التسويق النشطة، وقد نحتفظ بسجل الانسحاب حتى نهاية فترة الاحتفاظ لمنع إرسال الرسائل مجددًا. لا نبيع القائمة أو نضيف تفاصيل التسجيل لدى منظّم الفعالية إليها. نموذج تذكرة الفعالية المضمّن يرسل بياناتك إلى المنظّم مباشرة، وتخضع لسياسة خصوصيته.

تستخدم الدعوة ملف جلسة آمنًا للدخول لمدة أربع ساعات، وملفين آمنين لمدة سبعة أيام لتقدير الزوّار ومرات فتح التسجيل دون تكرار. نحفظ إجماليات فقط، دون سجل مرتبط بالبريد؛ لا نعرف من أكمل تسجيل الفعالية. لا نعدّ هذه الزيارات ولا نضع ملفي القياس عند تفعيل «عدم التتبّع» أو «التحكّم العالمي بالخصوصية». لمنع المحاولات المتكرّرة، نحفظ رموزًا مشتقّة من عنوان الإنترنت بمفتاح سرّي تنتهي خلال ساعة، ولا نحفظ العنوان الخام في جداول الدعوة.

يوتيوب والروابط الخارجية

مكتبة الفيديو تعرض محتوى من ناشريه على يوتيوب. تُحمَّل الصور المصغّرة من خوادم يوتيوب. لا يُحمَّل المشغّل إلا بعد اختيار التشغيل، ويستخدم وضع الخصوصية المحسّنة. هذا لا يعني أن يوتيوب لا يتلقى بيانات.

قد يجمع يوتيوب بيانات عند التفاعل مع المشغّل، وقد تعرض الفيديوهات إعلانات أو عروضًا من ناشريها. راجع سياسة خصوصية Google. الروابط الخارجية الأخرى تخضع لسياسات مواقعها.

الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وطلباتك

نستخدم سجلات الحساب والمعاملات لتقديم الخدمة والتحقّق من حقوق الدخول ومعالجة الطلبات والنزاعات والالتزامات المطبّقة. انتهاء صلاحية الرمز أو الجلسة يمنع استخدامهما، لكنه لا يعني حذف كل السجلات المرتبطة بهما. وقد تختلف مدد احتفاظ الجهات المزوّدة بالسجلات والنسخ الاحتياطية.

للاستفسار عن بياناتك أو طلب تصحيحها أو حذف ما يجوز حذفه، راسل hello@uaeacademy.ai. قد نحتاج إلى التحقّق من هويتك وحفظ بعض سجلات المعاملات وفق الالتزامات المطبّقة. لا يوجد حاليًا زر لحذف الحساب تلقائيًا. لا نطلب رقم الهوية الإماراتية أو الجنسية أو الجنس لتعلّم الورشة. تسجيل الدخول عبر UAE PASS ليس متاحًا ضمن هذا الإصدار.

لا نعد بحذف جميع بيانات المزوّدين فورًا. إذا فقدت الوصول إلى بريدك، راسل الدعم؛ لا ننقل المشتريات تلقائيًا إلى بريد آخر.

Website and account privacy

This notice covers the UAE AI Academy website. It distinguishes free learning from account and purchase information processed when you use those services. The iPhone, iPad and Android app has a separate privacy notice.

Seller and contact

Free learning and browser storage

You can use free lessons without an account. Language, theme, lesson progress and the workshop draft you choose to save are stored in your browser. Clear the draft from the workshop, or clear site data to remove local information.

We do not send exercise answers or prompt text to usage analytics. The website's learning exercises do not send them to an AI model. If you copy text or open it in an external tool, that tool's privacy policy applies to what you send.

Clearing browser data does not delete account or payment records stored by the service, or information independently retained by an external provider.

Account, organisation, payment and support information

We process account name, verified email and identifier; sessions and their security-related connection data; orders, payment status and access periods. For organisations, we process organisation name, memberships, roles, invitations and seat-change records. Your organisation's administrators see information needed to manage your membership; that does not give them access to your personal purchases.

These records help sign you in, link orders to the correct user and verify access rights. Security-related connection data includes IP address and browser information to prevent abuse. Transaction records include amount, currency, payment status, provider references and access periods, with refund or dispute handling where needed.

If you email support, we receive your address and what you choose to send to resolve the request. Do not send sign-in codes, full card numbers, identity documents or sensitive information in a support email.

For a purchase before sign-in, we store the delivery email, the chosen offer, purchase consent and payment record before creating an account. A necessary secure guest cookie connects this browser to its checkout for up to 24 hours. It is not an advertising tracker and cannot open paid lessons without verified sign-in. Expiry or removal of the cookie does not delete the financial record; a verified purchase email can recover eligible paid orders.

To issue completion certificates, we check submitted chapter answers and lab settings on the server. We store the certificate name and identifier, completed chapters and labs, and completion dates in your account. Answers and simulation settings are not stored in certificate records. Earned certificates remain available after workshop access expires and are not automatically made public.

Providers that help deliver the service

Cloudflare hosts the service and stores account and transaction records in D1. Better Auth software manages sign-in; Resend delivers sign-in codes and invitations; Ziina processes payment on its hosted page. We do not store full card numbers or card security codes. The email provider receives your address and the sign-in or invitation message to deliver it. Sign-in messages are not advertising and do not contain open or click tracking.

Sign-in cookies and storage

Session cookies are necessary for sign-in and are not advertising trackers. Language, theme and learning information saved locally by a tool remain covered by the browser-storage notice; account and payment records are not stored only on your device. Providers may process information outside the UAE; we do not promise that all processing stays within the country.

A sign-in code is temporary and single use. Do not share it. End presentations and sign out on shared devices. If you suspect unauthorised access, sign in again and end other sessions from your account.

Site usage measurement

Our page-view and learning-event measurement is currently disabled. We do not send learning events or visitor codes to an analytics service.

If your browser enables Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, we do not send usage measurements or load the optional analytics beacon.

YouTube and external links

The video library presents content from its YouTube publishers. Thumbnails load from YouTube servers. The player loads only after you choose Play and uses privacy-enhanced mode. This does not mean YouTube receives no data.

YouTube may collect data when you interact with the player, and videos may contain ads or publisher promotions. See Google's privacy policy. Other external sites have their own policies.

Event invitations and marketing subscriptions

The academy is operated by NABAD COMPUTER SOLUTIONS - L.L.C - S.P.C. The invitation page offers an optional subscription to academy news, learning opportunities, offers, marketing and promotional emails from UAE AI Academy and Nabad. Subscription is not required to apply for an event pass. We save your email for this purpose only after you give explicit consent through an initially unchecked checkbox.

We store your email, consent wording, version, language and time, campaign identifier and withdrawal status in the academy’s private Cloudflare D1 database. Only the authorised operator can access the marketing list; visitors cannot access it. This form does not verify mailbox ownership or send an automatic email. Consent remains active for up to 12 months; expired records are excluded from mailing exports and deleted during daily cleanup. Provider backup retention may differ.

Withdraw consent through the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or email hello@uaeacademy.ai. Withdrawal excludes your address from the active marketing list. We may retain a withdrawal record until the retention period ends to prevent further sending. We do not sell the list or add event-organiser registration details to it. The embedded event form sends your information directly to the organiser and is governed by its privacy policy.

Invitations use a secure four-hour access cookie and two secure seven-day cookies to estimate visitors and registration opens without repeats. We store aggregate counters without linking them to email addresses and cannot see completed event registrations. We exclude these measurements and do not set measurement cookies when Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control is enabled. To prevent repeated attempts, we store keyed codes derived from your IP address that expire within an hour, rather than storing raw IP addresses in invitation tables.

Retention and your requests

We use account and transaction records to supply the service, verify access rights, handle orders and disputes, and meet applicable obligations. Token or session expiry prevents further use but does not mean all related records have been deleted. Providers may have different retention periods for records and backups.

Email hello@uaeacademy.ai about your data or to request correction or deletion where permitted. Identity checks and applicable transaction-record obligations may limit deletion. Automatic account deletion is not currently offered. We do not request Emirates ID, nationality or gender to use this workshop. UAE PASS sign-in is not part of this release.

We do not promise immediate deletion of all provider records. If you lose access to your mailbox, contact support; we do not automatically transfer purchases to another email address.
