ما يبقى على جهازك
يعمل التطبيق دون حساب. الدروس مضمّنة فيه، ويُحفظ تقدّمك وتواريخ التعلّم والدروس المحفوظة واختيار اللغة والمظهر ومستوى البداية ومسودات الطلبات والتعديلات غير المحفوظة لاستعادتها على جهازك. لا يرسل التطبيق هذه البيانات إلى المطوّر، ولا يتصل بنموذج ذكاء اصطناعي. لا نستخدم إعلانات أو أدوات تتبّع أو تحليلات داخل التطبيق.
الحذف والمشاركة
يمكن مسح سجل التقدّم من الإعدادات، مع الاحتفاظ بالمحفوظات والمسودات. يمكن حذف مسودة محفوظة من مساحة التدريب، أو تجاهل التعديلات غير المحفوظة من ورشة الطلبات. حذف التطبيق باستخدام «حذف التطبيق» في إعدادات iOS يزيل بياناته المحلية؛ تفريغ التطبيق لا يحذفها. قد تشمل نسخة جهازك الاحتياطية بيانات التطبيق وفق إعدادات Apple لديك؛ لا يقدّم التطبيق مزامنة بين الأجهزة.
لا تتم مشاركة النصوص إلا عندما تختار المشاركة عبر نافذة النظام. يخضع التطبيق الذي تختاره لسياساته الخاصة. فتح روابط الأكاديمية أو نبض أو مصادر الدروس يفتح موقعًا خارجيًا؛ تعالج استضافة الموقع بيانات الاتصال اللازمة للتشغيل والأمان، وفق سياسة ذلك الموقع.
تفتح مكتبة الفيديو يوتيوب فقط عندما تختار المشاهدة، في التطبيق أو المتصفّح الخارجي. لا يحمّل تطبيق الأكاديمية مشغّل يوتيوب أو صوره المصغّرة، ولا يرسل مسوداتك أو تقدّمك ضمن رابط الفيديو. يوتيوب خدمة مستقلة تخضع لسياساتها وقد تعرض إعلانات. وبالمثل، لا تفتح أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي إلا باختيارك؛ تنسخ الطلب بنفسك ثم تلصقه في الأداة، ولا يُضمَّن نصه في رابط الفتح. راجع سياسة خصوصية Google عند استخدام يوتيوب.

إذا راسلت الدعم، نتلقى عنوان بريدك وما تختار إرساله ونستخدمه للرد ومعالجة المشكلة. أرسل أقل قدر لازم من المعلومات، ولا ترسل كلمات مرور أو وثائق هوية أو بيانات حساسة. للاستفسار أو طلب حذف مراسلات الدعم: support@nabadcs.ae.

On-device data
No account is required. Lessons are bundled. Lesson completion, learning dates, bookmarks, language and appearance preferences, starting level, prompt drafts and unfinished edit recovery are stored on your device. The app sends none of this data to the developer and does not connect to an AI model. There are no in-app advertisements, tracking or analytics tools.
Deletion and sharing
Reset learning progress in Settings; bookmarks and drafts remain. Delete individual saved drafts from Practice, or discard unfinished edits from the prompt workshop. Using Delete App in iOS settings removes local app data; offloading does not. Your Apple device backup may include app data according to your backup settings. The app does not provide cross-device synchronization.
Text is shared only when you choose to use the system share sheet. Your selected destination has its own policies. Academy, Nabad and lesson-source links open external websites, whose hosting processes connection data for operation and security under their own policies.
The video library opens YouTube only when you choose Watch, using the external app or browser. The academy app does not load the YouTube player or thumbnails, or include your drafts or progress in video links. YouTube is an independent service with its own policies and may show ads. AI tools likewise open only by your choice: you explicitly copy the prompt and paste it into the tool; its text is not included in the opening URL. See Google’s privacy policy when using YouTube.

If you email support, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send, and use it to respond and resolve your request.
